Blue Network Browser Editor's Review

Blue Network Browser is a small utility designed to ease up your access to shared folders on your subnet.

Once you've launched the program it will automatically scan your subnet for shared resources. The workstations and their subsequent shared folders will be displayed as an expanded folder tree. Double clicking an item in the folder tree (a computer name or a folder) will open a new Explorer window which will display its content.

The program is actually a small window with buttons added which allow you to refresh the list, to expand or collapse all items.

Pluses:

Drawbacks / flaws: The program has virtually no extra feature, no context menu, no options.

In conclusion: I was pretty amused by this small piece of software. Maybe some of you might see it as a redundant application, since you can browse your subnet using Explorer. In my opinion, this program was created for those too lazy to use the Explorer for browsing shared resources.
